► View/Edit records ► Add record ► View gallery
1. Resize images to 500px in any direction and upload to the following folder on the server: /students/gallery/
2. Click 'add photos' above and add a record for each photo using these guidelines:
PHOTOID:Ignore this: it is added automatically
FILENAME: the exact name of the image file you uploaded. ex: party.jpg
ALBUM: All photos with the exact same album name will be grouped together on the site.
CAPTION: Enter an optional caption for each photo
DATE: Enter an optional date for each photo
FRONPIC: Enter a 1 in this box if you would like to use this photo as the cover of its album.
NOTES:
Only 1 photo in each album should have a 1 in the frontpic field. This photo should always include a date. An album does not become part of the gallery until you assign it a cover.
