LEVEL 5 COMPONENT CERTIFICATE 1 YEAR COURSE

This course enables students to gain the necessary skills to obtain employment as Warehouse Operatives in the warehousing/logistics industry. Students will become proficient in Microsoft Word 2007 and will complete the Word module of the Microsoft Certified Application Specialist (MCAS). The Microsoft Certified Application Specialist is an industry recognised qualification which will enhance job opportunities.

Microsoft Word

To become proficient in Word Processing by
training for and completing the Microsoft
Office Specialist 2003 examinations in both
Core and Expert. MOS is an industry standard
and a qualification that is recognised throughout
the world.

Entry Requirements:

Applicants must demonstrate problem solving skills, an interest in IT and numerical ability. Applicants may be recruited for this course through the FIT intitiative. All entry is subject to interview.
