Requirements

As this course needs familiarity with the Windows operating systems it is necessary for applicants to have FETAC certification or equivalent in Information Technology. Candidates with relevant experience may be eligible for exemptions. Applications are welcome from mature students. All entry is subject to interview.

 

Progression/Employment

Students acquire the skills necessary to take up employment in the IT sector in Technical Support or Systems Administration.
